It was my first time to yoga. I am 56 years old and I push myself all the time. I don't use age as an excuse for not pushing myself to the limit. I am currently enrolled in a bootcamp class which I go 5 days a week. Yoga was an amazing experience. I loved it and Laura Mary (my instructor) was great! Sometimes you can start a class and feel intimidated but I felt none of that in her class. Laura Mary was encouraging and really helped me with my form.

I really like the NEW Ward studio that opened up this year! The facility is very clean, it feels like a comfortable place for me to practice yoga, almost gives you a spa like feel to it. I also enjoy the positive energy from all the instructors that I've taken classes from so far (Laura Mary, Whitney, Alex, Lia, Pam, Alyse, Naomi, and Laura L), those the few that I've met and taken classes from. I'm excited to meet the other staff and am sure their energy is just and high and positive as the other are. I like that Ward location has 2 studios to takes classes in and also that theirs some windows for more natural light. Even the merchandise in the front check in area is great cause it has great selections to look at for clothing and yoga mats. Overall I'm really happy and saftisfied with the award studio!

CorePower Yoga's newest location offers clean facilities, two studios with classes within thirty minutes of each other and a very convenient location for someone like me who lives in Kaka'ako. While I was a devout student at the Kahala location, now due to the proximity I can easily take a class everyday. Most of the instructors go back and forth from both locations, so I can also keep taking classes from my favorite teachers. CPY has not only helped me get back into shape, losing the weight I gained in college, but has also given me a productive outlet to alleviate stress. Classes such as HPF, C2 and even Sculpt allow me to find at least a small moment of serenity in each day. Having practiced yoga at my university and at other studios, I can confidently say that CPY features a superior class of instructors that strive toward creating a wonderful learning environment for yogis at any level, in and out of the studio.

Teachers are the best! If all the teachers could be like heather, juri, marissa,Naomi and Michelle it would be awesome. Some at kahala are hit or miss. They keep class routine fresh and challenging even to us every day sculpted. Kahala teachers are so hit and miss. Good thing we got the grape vine of good and not so good teachers going! I hate to waste my hour! But without Corepower I think I would die! Wish Talaya will start teaching again!

The instructors are so friendly and motivating. There is no judgement and they encourage everyone to work at their own pace.
I especially enjoy the HPF and Sculpt with Alex
and C2 with Lia and Stephanie!

Facilities are clean and I love not having to wait for the classes to end. We can walk in and place down our mats without the stress of finding a spot among the crowd.

I didn't have any intentions on receiving products. I am absolutely so thrilled about the ward location. The instructors that have guided me through this practice are all very inspiring, through, patient, and kind.

The teacher's are awesome & do a phenomenal job at pumping everyone up, after class I always feel mentally and physically "refreshed!"

The instructor was great, her directions were clear, she gave positive feedback throughout the class and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous about my first class!
