Excellent hpf teacher! Loved the class

I absolutely love this yoga studio! They have some of the best instructors (Amera) who take you through a sweat dripping rhythmic class that helps you melt the stress away! Everyone here is so kind, very nice and clean place. Highly recommend.

I recently joined Core Power to help with strength and flexibility after a hip injury. Not only is there staff incredibly friendly, but the classes are both challenging and approachable.

Pro-level, friendly teachers; standardized classes; and 60 minute class length.

Definitely need need weights but overall I find this facility to be the nicest CorePower I've been to.

I went to HPF with Autumn and she is great. I dropped in once, and now she has turned me into a regular.

I like almost everything/ EXCEPT it’s really annoying when classes are cancelled.

I like the instructors and the encouragement.

I love corepower sauganash and prefer to drive here over a city studio due to easy parking and the studio being much less crowded!

Autumn and Krissi are the best instructors. They are experts in the field. So energetic. Encouraging. I wait all week for yoga time with them!

The environment in the studio is very inviting. All the teachers in this studio are very kind and helpful. Also, having a different variety of classes offered throughout the day, especially the late evening classes, is very nice and convenient for people who work late and want to practice yoga.

I cannot say enough good things about the instructors — friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and engaging. I was a little nervous and intimidated when I thought about joining because I didn’t know anything about yoga or CorePower; the staff put me at ease instantly. I’ve felt welcomed and appreciated since day one and that’s what keeps me coming back.

It’d be nice if there were signage from both Peterson and Kedvale to the parking lot indicating that CPY students should park there.

I love the Sauganash studio. The instructors at this location really deliver on the mind-body connection in any format of class. They also do a fantastic job of updating material regularly enough to keep things really interesting and challenging for regular students. In particular, Autumn, Raluca, and Giles are total rockstars.
