The classes are a good size. I've been to an early morning weekday class, after work on weekdays, and during the weekends and it's never been crazy packed like some studios. The instructors are warm and friendly, they ask for feedback and seem to really know what they're doing. I also LOVE the background music they play. Extra plus for clean showers :)

I have attended corepower classes for several years, starting when I was a student at UC Berkeley. I generally prefer HPF and sculpt classes. I have been very happy with the HPF classes so far at Fremont (Belinda is amazing) but I have been consistently underwhelmed by the Sculpt classes. I LOVED sculpt in Berkeley; it is high-energy, good music, exercises that work WITH the music.. etc. However, the sculpt classes at Fremont are not nearly as lively or energizing.

I am still a huge Corepower supporter and will always recommend the classes - but definitely hoping to go to a few more Fremont sculpt classes that are similar to those in Berkeley.

I love core power. 1hr hot power flow is perfect. I also love the showers at the studio. I can go to work directly afterwards

I'd recommend including a C3 class that is offered at other Core Power Locations.

I'd also recommend cold towels at the end of class. This may not be capable due to franchise/ownership structure, but that is a nice differentiator from other yoga studios

The studio is beautiful and clean. The people could not be nicer. The teachers are well-trained and seem to genuinely care. I like that there are so many classes each day. My only complaint is sometimes the music is so loud the teacher has to yell and it's still hard to hear the instructions. This was especially in the sculpt class. I am very grateful to have Corepower Yoga so near my workplace.
