I feel SO great after class and it's a great all-around workout that makes me sweat like soulcylce, strengthen like a barre class, and get in a relaxing stretch like a restorative yoga class. so it's very efficient.

BUT, one thing I've noticed is that the classes can be just too full. It's a great problem (for you) to have, but impacts my workout super negatively when someone is all up in my space. Especially when the "air suck pump" is broken, it's sort of not so okay to fill up the room like that. We're all paying quite a bit for an enjoyable experience, and with about 15 less people, it would be :)

Classes - the classes are great workouts that mix flexibility and strength, I really appreciate the late evening classes
Facilities - clean, I like the wood, plenty of lockers, doesn't smell at all!
Instructors - I like the variety of instructors and the emphasis on breathing and mindfulness

Your yoga class was great class and your facility is very clean. Also all your employes were very friendly and helpful.

Nice clean professional location

Very relaxed, chill instructors that all have very positive energy. The facilities are simple and great except: 1.) men's shower/urinal area seems to get flooded easily towards end of day and does have a strong smell at times, 2.) minor - water pressure at the fountain for filling up bottles is weirdly low.

The various classes and large offering during the day. The fact that there is before and after work options has allowed me to stay a member.

The staff is very friendly. I like that they try and fit almost everyone in at the drop in classes.

I love Corepower. Every time I go to a class, I leave feeling better than I did when I came in. The space is clean and the front desk people are friendly, it's easy to check in, the changing rooms are spacious and well stocked, and the classes themselves are wonderful.

The Fremont studio and staff are great and so accommodating!

I am new to Core Power and I love the classes and the times they are scheduled! My first Yoga Sculpt class, I sweated more than I ever have before, and I train a lot so that is hard to do! Both classes and teachers I have had are very engaging and really like the classes. Love the mat and towel rental, which just makes taking myself to yoga so much easier!
