I love the facility and the instructors. I simply do not believe hot yoga is great for everyone, so if recommend on a case by case basis.

Selection of classes, small class size, good instructors

I like the variety of classes and times for each class. I really liked that my first week is free to try as many different classes as possible, so I could decide what I like best. I was able to figure out I don't balance or focus well on the evening weekday classes and do better on the weekend ones.

I like the various levels and many different schedules to select in any given day.

The instructor Mikel was fabulous

I love the feeling of support, acceptance and true caring for all the participants in the class from the instructors. My only request would be an 8:15am class added do the weekdays. I love the decor of the studio and locker room area. My only constructive notes would be that the lockers are consistently jammed up or the locks don't work in the women's locker room. The only other observation is that the studio really should be wiped down more often in between classes. The mirrors are always smudged and funky and not all the class participants clean up their area when they leave. Other than that, I love it there with all my heart! Mikel is the absolute best at her job. She makes everyone feel like they are her favorite yogi and that's one of the many things that make this space so special.

The teachers are amazing

Yoga sculpt instruction and instructors always inspiring and class challenging. Miss Ryder class at Highlands, Colorado studio. Therefore, attending spinning and other classes at Club Sport in the neighborhood.
Pleased to find floors much cleaner than previous visits. However, rental towels smelled, were rough and stiff, discolored, and traded on ends.

Looking to still do a training that works into my hectic schedule.

Consistency and quality of class instruction; beautiful facility; very friendly, welcoming instructors.

I thoroughly enjoyed and relaxed during my visit/class. The class led by Ashton was AMAZING! Her gentle approach, soothing voice and guidance throughout made me feel more comfortable than any other yoga class I have taken. I loved her choice of music and it was paired perfectly with each section of the class. I have never been to a yoga class that was so well balanced....I got a great ab workout too!!!:) I am considering dropping my gym membership to join CorePower!!!!!

I like the times that classes are offered, giving both early morning and later evening times for people like myself who work all day. I like that the front desk people don't pressure you into any sales.
