Great all over body workout! Fun instructor!

The staff are amazing and the classes are great! My only feedback would be that the studio isn't cleaned in between classes. Weights and blocks are just put back and reused (not all of the members take the time to wipe them down). And the floor isn't wiped down, so walking into the studio after a hot session there are puddles of sweat to navigate.

Environment is super inclusive. I felt very welcomed since the first class I had. Classes are fun and enjoyable. I opted in to start attending these classes because I had injured my back and I feel as if coming here has truly help me ease my recovery.

It's a great studio. My only suggestion is to have the actual yoga room before class a "quiet space".

When I first came to America, I always wanted to try yoga. It was not until I was pregnant with my daughter I got the courage to go to a class in Santa Rosa CA.. The instructor said I was too fat to participate. It was emabaressing and confusing. It tainted my opinion of yoga and the types of people who promote it as a means of "fitness or wellness " ...

So I stayed away, did other things, tried other exercise mediums, gyms , trainers, hiking, swimming.. but always kept finding myself drawn back to wanting to try yoga again.

So fast forward we move to Tualatin, my bellydance teacher Akasana Danilova,..(look her up she is amazing).... told me to start doing HOT YOGA..

When I stepped foot into Core Power Yoga in Bridgeport Tualatin, BEA and SAM and Leslie and so many others were JUST AMAZINGLY welcoming, open, approachable and encouraging.

I mean that in a truly authentic genuine way.... not a fake or insincere way ..

That is why I have bought 2 $500 gift passes for my friends ... That is why I will always recommend you like I did to my Physical Therapy Dr. at Providence. ( who just moved here from Michigan) because I know in my heart you will the amazing , genuine, welcoming people that I have come to know and value . I love the workout, the instructors make it fun to work out, and even though you end sweating, you don’t feel like it while you are doing it!
The atmosphere is very friendly, instructors and other clients are really nice and make you feel welcomed. All in all, it’s a great feeling visiting the studio!
