I like the staff typically. What I didn't like about the Beaches staff this past visit is they loaded too many patients on a Tuesday and the doctors and staff were running in circles. My doctor only gave me maybe 3-4 minutes, didn't ask a ton of questions and the front staff were less than friendly. The back staff were much more approachable. Just too many patients. Other than that they took care of me.

I like that all staff were smiling and welcoming from check in through checkout. Since I am a new patient , I appreciated the online forms and electronic signatures. I was walked back quickly with minimum wait times. Nurses took time to ask how I was doing . I would name them, but their badges were flipped or not readable.by me
Dr. McGinley put me at ease and was smiling. The nurse that prepared my injection made sure I was not reactive to Iodide. When Dr. McGinley returned to do the injection , he was singing and I commented that meant he loved his job ! Thanks Doctor and staff for my "happy" shot !
