On my arrival I was greeted by a young lady who professionalism was apparent. She walked me through the check in process because is has been 4 years since my last visit. The check in was a breeze as well as my wait time to see the PA. I noticed when an extremely wheel chair bound lady came in she was having difficulty with understanding the process. The staff came around the counter and took a personal interest in making sure she was taken care of. Nice.

Very efficient. Was taken to exam room before appointment time. Xrays were very fast. Doctor Kaplan took time to explain all the options and outcomes thoroughly for Stem Cell treatment.

- We all, (myself, nurses, Doctor, etc.) forgot to talk pain management until MRI and after the MRI until follow-up visit with doctor.
- Seemed slow getting approval request to the insurance to move ahead with MRI. Almost 4 days after visit the insurance company had not received a request from the Doctors office.
- Yalanda, the scheduler, was amazing: Caring, competent, compassionate.

The Physical Therapist assisting me was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He examined me to correctly identify my pain related problem and then explained in detail, all the required exercises that would help relieve my pain. I couldn't ask for better service.

I think that Dr. Freeman is perhaps one of the best physicians I have ever dealt with. In addition, your support staff is friendly and helpful from those who answer the phones to those helping the doctors.
