I was very impressed with the entire operation at JOI. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Pujadas the very next day after speaking with the appointment staff lady. When I arrived for my appointment, I didn’t have to wait very long before I was taken to the exam room.
The nurse who was very friendly and professional obtained information for the doctor and took my blood pressure. Then I was quickly taken to the radiology room for X-rays of my shoulder. The X-ray technician was also very polite and professional.
Then back to the exam room. Within minutes Dr. Pujadas arrived and asked me very pertinent questions about my shoulder injury. He showed me in detail my X-rays pointing out where the problem was and his professional assessment of my injury. He said he didn’t recommend surgery at this time and instead recommended physical therapy.
I was extremely impressed with Dr. Pujadas. He obviously has a great deal of experience in orthopedics. He is a real gentleman and takes into consideration what the patient has to say. He is conservative in his approach to treatment and although surgery is an option, he offers other options to see if they will work before resorting to surgery. I really appreciate that approach and would highly recommend Dr. Pujadas to anyone needing orthopedic care.

Easy to make appointment. Once my appontment was made I completed all new patient paperwork on line. The wait to see Dr. Tandron was very short. He and his staff were very thorough, efficient and polite. JOI Rehab scheduled me within days. I recommend Dr. Tandron with no hesitation.
