The inspectors arrived on time, performed thorough inspections and explained the results in way that was easy to understand. They were also courteous, professional, and happy to answer questions. In addition, they encouraged me to contact them to ask questions if I had additional questions after reading the written report. The report, which was emailed to me the following day, was easy to understand and contained numerous photographs of the damaged areas. The termite report included estimates for repairs and I was also sent a report with general estimates (a cost range) for other types of repairs. The report indicated which repairs were most urgent.

Alfredo is very personable and knowledgeable in his craft. And he was very transparent about The items that would be of concern during my home inspection. He was also very knowledgeable about different elements of The home such as how to extend the life of an HVAC unit. I would highly recommend him because he was a wealth of information.
