Overall, I think that Alfredo did a good job for the scope of work requested. In future, it would be good have your inspectors actually provide some of their own practical thoughts on an item of interest/concern and not always have the same answer such as "you may want to get a XXX professional to investigate that item further." It makes me feel like the inspector themselves don't have much expertise of their own. Hope this is helpful in some way.
