Very thorough.

Our agent gave us a list of recommendations for home inspectors in the area and we are glad we went with Mike. He asked at the start of the home inspection if there was anything in particular I wanted to be looked at in case it was not part of his standard inspection and was more than willing to answer all of our questions about the House and home ownership throughout the duration of the inspection. The report provided by the company is thorough and had plenty of images to reinforce the findings presented. Luckily there were only minor issues with the home, and I am much more confident about the home purchase with this inspection. Thanks Mike!

Alfredo was very thorough and knowledgeable. He presented himself as a professional and was ready to answer any question. He kept me informed along the process of his progress and immediately pointed out any areas of major concern. He deferred to Chad (pest inspector) for any questions he was not certain about and kept an air of integrity during the entire inspection (even took responsibility to lock up home). Alfredo was a pure pleasure and made this part of the process pleasant and exciting.
