Kallen is an awesome teacher. Most of the times I come down to NE for a class it’s specifically to take her class!
My instructor was Jackie, and she led an awesome flow! The studio was clean and inviting, and Jackie's flow and music were great. She made sure to leave enough time at the end for cool down and savasana (which I feel some instructors do not). During savasana she had essential oils which always is a plus! She also offered hands on assist during class which is always appreciated to make sure my form is correct. All-in-all, it was a great class and experience at this studio!
I love going to CorePower Yoga. It is the workout highlight of my week and I always feel my best after attending!

The instructors are the best. Well trained and excellent leaders. The facility is always clean and bathrooms spotless. With the expansion of classes like C3 and Sculpt upper body and lower body focus the programs are even better.
I hit a work out rut a few years ago (after having kids and getting older), and in spite of regular running and weight lifting at home along with healthy eating, I was making little progress on my body goals. It was really frustrating. I started going to CorePower Strength X several months ago, and wow my body has changed, in good ways. Just intertwining a class or two a week combined with my other work outs has made such a huge difference. Thank you for this class!!
I like that there are so many class offerings so I can always find a class that works with my schedule and don’t have to book so far in advance.
When I walked in, the instructors were very welcoming & made me feel comfortable. Explained what equipment to get for class. I felt very comfortable & welcomed. The instructor was fun & full of smiles & you could tell she loved what she did & teaching. Thank you
