Love the Bucktown location and the variety of exercises done in Yoga Sculpt. All the instructors are great and change things up day to day/week to week, which I love. Sometimes it can get a little repetitive in sculpt (e.g., stretch, arms, legs, cardio, sculpt series), but at Bucktown, they tend to keep me on my toes and I never fully know what to expect - which I LOVE. Only thing to make it better would be more parking spaces :-)

I love my yoga teachers Joanne, Brooke, Elle, Frank . Their rooms are consistently hot for a great HPF practice .
I absolutely LOVE the Yoga Sculpt Class it is the perfect mix of strength/weights cardio and yoga and meditation all with an amazing sweat in the heat I love this class every time I take it.
Honestly I love corepower. The classes are great and so are the teaches. They always make me feel welcome
All the classes I have attended have been great. I've been going to CorePower consistently for at least 2-3 times a week for a few months now. My blood pressure was borderline high before I started and lately my blood pressure is normal. I feel great! Carmilla's classes are challenging but they are fun!

Great community and nice location
CPY Uptown Studio provides a sense of sense of calm and belonging. The teachers here have cultivated warmth, inclusivity, and community fostering connection and support among practitioners. I loved the class, great balance between strength and cardio and yoga, and the people and the facilities were great, I just felt like the class was jammmm packed.

Plenty of parking. Enjoyed the class. Wasn't too packed both of the instructors that were at the desk were very pleasant. Very great way to enjoy a chill Sunday.

The instructors, the classes are amazing and the results! I have been a runner, a trainer, and an outdoor enthusiast, my entire life. I’ve never been in better shape since I have started doing yoga sculpt I’m proud to say that my pancake posterior now is actually hard and round like a booty should be!
