I love CorePower! The environment is so welcoming and I really enjoy being in the studio. Personally I am addicted to the yoga sculpt class (with good reason.) I feel like I cannot get that workout style anywhere else.
The staff is amazing and the facilities are immaculate. In addition, the classes are well thought out, inspiring, challenging, and fun.

Please offer more of the yoga and meditation combo classes. Kelly did a terrific job and I was impressed with her format. I've taken hundreds of CP classes and this was one of my favorites!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please, please offer more classes like this. :)

I think to be more efficient maybe the studios can have corners taped to mark off where the mats can go to ensure everyone has space. There can be 3 rows however sometimes it gets too crowded and can’t seem to find space.
Example, tape 90degree corners to in a row to mark maybe ~15 mats or how many ever mats can fit comfortably in a row. This would be extremely helpful and help organization.
Also maybe a kiosk screen when coming in to be able to click and self check-in.
Welcoming atmosphere. Fun classes that keep moving but tell you about modifications if you're sore that day. Body friendly. Very upbeat encouraging instructors. I always feel "ironed out" after class. Noelle J.

I love Yoga Sculpt! It's AMAZING that there is a location on Kendall Square, Cambridge now (FINALLY, THANK YOU!). Deeply appreciate the 4pm Sculpt class on Mondays. Please have more 4pm classes for working parents (later than 4pm gets to be very challenging with small children).
Yoga Sculpt is a full body workout. The Sculpt teachers in Medford are exceptional - kind communicative, instructive, and intense in the best way possible to helping you achieve results and get fit. Highly recommend this location and the teachers.

Teachers are friendly and guide nice practices. The studio has nice light. Space is clean.
