This was a great class (C1). Moved at a good pace, not too fast. Had numerous options for position modifications. Facility is bright, clean, and comfy.
Great Wednesday night sculpt class
Love CorePower and loved Ella's sequence on Tuesday! I do think her mic needs to be a little louder; there were a few times throughout class when we couldn't hear her over the music, especially when she was on the other side of the room. Otherwise, no notes! Great class!!

Good atmosphere, motivational and encouraging teachers, no judgment about my terrible flexibility and lackluster cardio endurance, and great workouts. I say this as a dude who used to hate yoga since it was beaten into me as a school kid in India. Thanks for being a part of helping me rediscover my culture.
I started at CPY Pentagon City in January. I had recently moved to VA from MA and was missing hot yoga. At first, I started off with C2 classes and really enjoyed Ope's class. Then I decided to try a sculpt class and loved Cambre and Katie's 4:30 classes. On Friday's I attend Mark's class and this is a C1 class which is great for me to get back to the basics. Now I am taking HPF and am obsessed. Shea and Amanda's classes are my favorite. I love being able to take different classes throughout the week to challenge my body in different ways. I highly recommend CPY to everyone!

I love the instructors! They have great classes and everyone is so nice. Never feels clickish in the studio.
I do like this studio, the teachers are always there and on times.
One thing I would like to see is partnerships with local businesses and studios for all access members. For example, CorePower in Scottsdale gave 3 free cycle bar rides with their membership and discounts to other places.
I would consider Studio Three the closest competitor to CorePower and they are cheaper and have partnerships with Clean your dirty Face and other services.
I do like that there is flexibility with scheduling and more options for classes at CorePower compared to studio three

Instructor and the heat
I had great sculpt class with Yumi. While it was sculpt she was able to preserve the nature and spirit of a yoga practice and also the fitness aspect of sculpt.
She also asked the students if the room tenperature was good and adjusted that. Great work!
I had an amazing workout! The staff are friendly, and knowledgeable.
I love the instructor as well as how the class was run. I felt like I was able to get in tune with my self while also working my body in a positive manor. I will definitely be back!

IRL stumbling upon instructors like Rebecca Curland who teaches more in depth what Her class is about. She also spends Her time customizing Her class seasonally<3

The teachers are great at this location, I take Bushra's sculpt class and she is a great teacher. The location is also clean and in a great location.

Instructors are amazing, studios are always clean and there are class times all dry and night
Instructors are great. One issue is getting charged if get off waitlist (particularly for Saturday AM classes). It’s annoying enough that all the Saturday AM classes are routinely full by mid-week, but then to have to set an alarm on Sat AM at 7 to see if you’re in off the waitlist is less than ideal.
I really liked that for the first time in a while, I was able to solely focus on myself and what I was doing. At times I thought that I wasn't going to be able to make it through the whole lesson but with the instructors help I was able to finish it.
