Yoga sculpt classes are amazing
But I think most are waiting for vaccination requirement or mask again
I love the staff and variety of classes to mix up your flow. I especially appreciate how the staff (even those whose classes I don’t take) know me by name and make me truly feel like I am part of a loving community.

Great pace, lively energy and music was on point. I appreciated Abby's sequence: well balanced and hit all muscle groups evenly (how can I tell you ask? everything is evenly sore today :p ) I normally have lower back issues after most sculpt classes that include dead-lifts, but not this one. I would recommend this class to both beginners and vetran sculpt students. This class made my afternoon.

I would have preferred that the room had no heating. It is too hot in my opinion.

Challenging classes, great teachers, heated studios, friendly atmosphere, multiple types and times of classes, clean welcoming space.
I like having the ability to jump into an 11:30am class, or a 4:30pm class depending on my schedule. This way I don't have a reason to miss out on doing yoga!

Core Power Yoga has enough locations in the DMV to provide a sufficient variety of instructors such that with a little work, all patrons should be able to find someone that can deliver the results they are looking for.

I love grace as an instructor! I usually go to highland but saw she was teaching a class here and stopped by after work to do a C1 class.
So much to love about this studio. Teachers are TOP NOTCH. My personal faves—-Wendy, Andrea, Morgan, and Lindy. They are so welcoming and talented and their classes are very challenging yet accessible to all. And their music is awesome. I love them. Classes at Minnetonka are a highlight of my week. Studio is really clean too which is great. I can’t say enough positive things about the studio, its teachers, and my fellow students.
