My instructor, Anna, is great! She keeps me coming back. Men's locker room needs some care though; shower is scalding hot and it hasn't been cleaned as well as it used to.
Defiantly liked it. Cannot afford it at the moment but I like it exercising with almost no light and in a focused class helped me push people more and everyone is kind and helpful

I always get a great workout but moreover, PR CPY is a great community.
yoga sculpt is such a fun class i like the cardio in it and think it should be kept in.
I like core power yoga and instructors I must say though that the shower and bathroom facilities were quite unclean for this last visit

I signed up for a 75 min yoga nidra class with the instructor, Brian.
From the moment I entered the building, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The facilities were clean etc.
The class was INCREDIBLE. I felt renewed, both physically and mentally, upon leaving. Two days later, and I’m still feeling lighter and better.
I loved it. Brian took us on a journey that felt equal parts expansive and deep. My body felt better from the stretching and twisting, my mind felt cleared and open.
It was wonderful. Highly recommend.
