Great teachers! Dan’s sculpt classes would probably be more comfortable in the bigger studio since they’re usually packed.

If you haven’t tried out, Ivana‘s class now is the time! She carefully curates her exercise routine for the best full body workout. It is such a fun and challenging workout! Ivana’s energy is so positive and motivating, I can’t go more than a few days without her and her class! 10/10 recommend!!! Best sweat, workout and atmosphere!!
In regards to the NE studio:
-I love the multitude of class offerings. So many options that I can easily work into my schedule.
-I really like the sculpt classes because they are always challenging.
-I usually enjoy the C2 classes, but some instructors are a bit too mild in my opinion and the classes can sometimes be not challenging enough.
-Overall, I like the style of C2 over sculpt, but tend to lean towards sculpt because of the consistent difficulty.
-Would appreciate a few more waste baskets in the studio, especially in the common areas.
-Sometimes the body wash in the men's bathrooms showers are all empty for multiple days. Overall, it seems like this issue has gotten better, but still writing just in case because it's frustrating to take a shower and realize there is no body wash.

Instructor was excellent, had a beautiful practice with clear directions, smooth flows, and nice transitions. Work out pushed me to a comfortable edge and left me in a zen state with total yoga brain after class. I loved it!
