All of the instructors are extremely friendly, fun, and lead awesome classes! The sculpt classes are a great workout but I also appreciate the emphasis on "do what feels right for your body" - it's always okay to opt out of an exercise without feeling shamed. It's the perfect full body workout that's fun, upbeat, and also grounding!
Welcoming staff. Inclusive environment. Convenient location. Excellent instructors. C2 is part of my Sunday morning ritual and I love it!

The hot yoga, especially sculpt. The fun routines and friendly staff. Also the cute yoga clothes sold at the studios

I love the community and how it works my mind, body, and spiritual self all in one hour. Every instructors class is different, so every class
is a different journey. They also help you appreciate the small victories is your practice rather than the big picture and it has really motivated me to show up to class everyday and work on myself.
Love my CPY experience, especially the teachers. One thing to work on: Letting members know that parking in the spots reserved for the Monarch will get towed.
