I love the City Center location. It's near my work, and the instructors have always been wonderful to work with.
Truth be told though, the carpet could use some love, but it's cleaner than the H Street location. The H Street location was gross last time I went.

Lower impact than other forms of exercise but still a vigorous, solid workout that leaves you feeling quietly elated.
I love the longer HPF class.
Elizabeth was great - full of energy, great guidance, always cheering us on and keeping the class moving by updating new moves while counting down.... She is a terrific instructor & motivator!

Yoga sculpt is a great HIIT class, and I like the larger size of the Henderson studio.
The Loop is a great studio, modern, clean… great teachers as it happens at any Core power location

All the instructors are great. Tatiana the manager has created a family atmosphere that welcomes students of all abilities. I recommend Core Power Yoga Fairfax Corner to anyone looking for studio in the area.
