Lauren was a great instructor for the C2 class. That was my first Core Power class and her flow was really easy for me to follow as beginner. I'd definitely take another one of her classes.

The class was very upbeat and inclusive. I am new to yoga so it was very helpful to hear that I can meet myself where I am at and just be thankful I gave myself that time to honor my needs. Everyone was friendly and I felt so relaxed after my class!

CorePower is the reason yoga was finally able to stick as part of my exercise plan. Before, I couldn't get into yoga, it was too slow and I didn't sweat enough, but with the heated rooms and the incorporated weights, it's turned into something I really enjoy. I injured my back two years ago and had to take a break from the intense lifting I used to do. CorePower has helped me get my strength back after going through recovery. I highly recommend to everyone!

I have loved my experience at CorePower. I have just moved to the area and have been struggling to find a good yoga practice that I feel is challenging. I like to lift and I like yoga practice that is both a flow and a muscular activation, which HBF has been perfect for.
