Was very informative, helped walk through all the poses slowly to make sure we all had proper posture and form. Overall, just really helpful to ensure technique is good and helped general understanding of yoga poses

I love corepower in Northeast. It doesn't feel as community based as some of the other studios. Apple valley and maple grove do a good job at fostering a group environment where northeast feels very individualized. I wonder if thats partly due to age demographics too.
The yoga is great! variety of movements - appropriately challenging. However, I have concerns w the cleanliness of the weights, blocks, floors, and spare mats. I think these should be cleaned professionally more regularly. Or at least weights sorted by clean/dirty. especially blocks that soak up sweat.
Everything- excellent teachers, who are progessional friendly and well-trained - always a great vibe and a very good mix of classes and activities. The facility is great and always very clean,
Parking is easy and the equipment is well maintained. I'm an unlimited member and attend classes here regualrly
