Your sub Mike (or Ryan?) was a little too high energy. I left the class stressed out instead of relaxed. He was banging on the walls and singing strange raps throughout the class. Some of it was funny, but I went there to relax and have a good workout.

I love CPY! It's completely changed my life. Originally I did it to "relax". I soon discovered it's a lifestyle rather than just a workout.
Lately I've been traveling a lot. I've really been liking visiting other studios. Just in the past month, I've been to CPY in Chicago, Philly, New Jersey, Salt Lake, Boulder, and of course my home studio in Mission Viejo. 🕉

I enjoy coming to this studio. Nice variety of teachers/classes. More classses between 12-3 would be a nice addition to give us more options.
Perhaps upgrade the showers and bath products.
Consider free towels for black rag memebers.
Great instructors! I took the Core Restore Wednesday night, and Mickey (sp?) was the best. She used a scent oil and shared with me where to find it. It was my first time taking a class at this location, and everyone was very nice.
I love all of our sculpt classes and am always tempted to splurge on something cute in the lobby

I already have recommended friends. I love core power. There are some amazing teachers who make the experience what it is! I wouldn't be a member if it wasn't for mickee and Camilla's classes. They are so great!
