The low impact/ high endurance strength build up is perfection for me!
As a Cancer survivor and recoverer, my strength and stamina where lost due to: chemo and radiation therapy’s, atrophy; because I could only eat through a feeding tube and going from 268 Lbs. down to 190 Lbs. leaves you quite feeble!
CorePower yoga has given me the best chance to regain my strength and possibilities of improvement! Plus the staff has been incredible: the technique, the routine and motivation has been a blessing in my life!

Studio is spotless, staff is always available with warm greeting and to assist. Yoga teacher/guides are excellent. Especially love having 2 studio rooms for more class options and flexible scheduling

I love CP Mission Viejo. I have been coming here since September of this year, and it is the first yoga studio I have ever taken classes at. The studio is warm and welcoming. I love the HPF and C1 classes. The instructors are what makes the studio so amazing. I love taking classes with Mickey, Kristen K, Whitney, and Toni! They are the best teachers!

- Friendly people, teachers and staff.
- Heated room. Hotter and steamier room the better :)
- Flexible scheduling of classes that are available any time of day! (wee hours to late night)

I enjoy the Gift Card offer. The Men's product section could be more distinct as I'm browsing thru and can't figure out if it's women's clothing or men's. Otherwise, the Mission Viejo studio is excellent. The facilities are very clean and the staff are most friendly. I have been going since it opened and have never been disappointed.
