Had a great hot yoga class. Of course, hot yoga is not for everyone. I do not hold it against Core Power but parking is a little difficult making the timing of my class selective.

i love the environment, size, people, random free strawberries, smiles, showers and bathrooms, etc. Everything their invites you to take an hour out of your day to meet cool people and a little more of your body.

I go to a CorePower yoga at least 6 times per week. The Redondo beach studio is one of my favorites because of the quality of the teachers. I also like how clean it is.
There is one big problem with the studio. There are to many homeless right in front of the studio. Last week I walked in and a homeless man followed in one of the you lady's. She got so scared that she left.
I was thinking to myself, I couldn't image driving to my yoga studio and something like that kept me from doing yoga. That would ruin my day. Just want to make this location better. Peace

I feel like I am getting the best workout I can get in an hours time. Flexibility, posture, strength, balance, cardio and detoxing all in one workout. I've lost pounds and inches since I've been attending. I feel better getting out of bed in the morning.

I love core power and tell all my friends about it. I'm a man with back problems so the heated room is the only thing getting me to do yoga. Because my back is warm enough to do the exercise and I really feel like I'm getting a work out because I sweat so much.

The price point is a bit high and has taken over 2 years for me to get comfortable paying for classes. I did the groupon unlimited month 2 years in a row until I got hooked. So that's a great service and way to get new clients.

I would only leave core power if I could find a similar studio that offers infra-red light therapy with the heat. That would be a great add-on when core power is ready.

This studio has a GREAT selection of name brand yoga merchandise to choose from. It is also well kept and clean, lots of space that's very deceiving from the outside. And with the nicest people at the counters to help make anyone's first experience to yoga quite pleasant and super ZEN~FUL (if there were a word)! I would totally recommend Corepower to any of my family and friends who want to try it!!
