I am a big fan of corepower yoga, but today I experienced something that made me feel very uncomfortable. One of the students in the class kept coughing. I thought it might be his allergies or could pass, but after 20 minutes, and his persistent cough, I had to leave. While many people are vaccinated, including myself, I am not comfortable practicing when Covid is not yet over, around someone who might have covid. I wish that the instructor would have asked that person to leave, or still had some safety precautions (i.e. checking for symptoms) before entering class.

Instructors are energetic with new moves all the time. Studios are clean.

I like Woodbridge studio due to a beautiful location, amazing team, and overall tranquil positive atmosphere. The studio is kept in the immaculate condition.
The team is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I like the following Yoga instructors: Stephen, Whitney, Shauna, Krystal, Angie, Davina, and many more.
Before the pandemic I got in the best shape of my life by taking C2, HPF, & later Yoga Sculpt 2-3 times a week for 6 months. I'm planning to go back to it and looking forward to more classes available at Woodbridge studio.

Just everything

Everything!!! The quality of the classes, great instructors, the number of classes per day (which makes it possible for busy people like me to get a workout in no matter what our crazy schedule looks like that day), the variety of classes too, how clean and pleasant the studios are and of course that heat! It was probably one of the things I missed the most during this pandemic. Happy to finally be able to practice in person again.

But most of all, I appreciate and am grateful for the instructors. You have a variety of teacher that have their own unique and open style.
