I love the instructors and how they work with you where you are in your practice!
Janine, I came back because of her! Rebecca is amazing and Dulce I heard is back and she is extraordinary!!! But in all honesty everyone I’ve encountered has truly been amazing and still yet to encounter them all!!!
I’m excited and feel that returning to CPY after the pandemic is definitely the right choice!
This is the one place I can rely on to find solace in this hectic world and at the same time, improving my health physically, emotionally, and mentally!!!

One of your greatest studios and one of your greatest instructors !! Robyn ,she’s one of your stellar yoga instructors, I’ve been following her for 4 years and will continue to follow her !!! She’s on point with her music, her vinyasas and her personality!! I wish you had more of her at every studio !!!
