Very nice, welcoming staff. Teacher made a tough class approachable even though I haven't been to a class for a long time. Fast and nice registration. Clean bathrooms/showers.

The studio is always clean and sleek. The instructors are knowledgeable, warm, and teach incredible classes. Also, Classes are offered at convenient times. Additionally, there is a variety of classes to choose from so your yoga routine never gets dull!

I have only been to a few classes, but when I have told teachers I am new, they are friendly and accommodating. The facilities are kept well and I am challenged in a new way.

I love the personal assists during the practice and the relaxation at the end with the lavender/herbal oil. I like the down to earth and spiritual vibe during each practice and the atmosphere is very non competitive and welcoming. Thank you for your classes!

I like the class times, because they fit my unusual work schedule. The facilities are nice & clean, and I really appreciate the free parking. If I had to pay for parking then I may not go to corepower. Membership is too expensive though, I believe yoga should be accessible to all, not just the wealthy.

I like that there are a variety of teachers. It's also great that teacher training is available because it gives everyone the opportunity to do and teach yoga if they want to. The studio is very modern and always very clean.

I enjoy the instructor's pace and routines. I feel both challenged as well as safe. I purchased 2 pairs of pants and have been very happy with them.

The staff at Core Power U-District are incredibly inviting. I have been to 3 classes so far, 2 with Jaime and 1 with Hannah. They both provide great instruction and provide adjustments that are specific to my personal practice. I have been to other yoga/hot yoga studios but have not received as must individual attention as I have at Core Power U-District. Jaime is very intuitive and his guidance through practice is truly something to experience. He is encouraging and in just one class taught me to begin pushing myself to unexplored limits.

There are a few unique aspects to the practice at Core Power, one of my favorite things is the opportunity to spend additional time in my shavasana for nearly 30 minutes after class. I really appreciate the time I get to spend in the studio, having the ability to extend my meditative state after class prepares me for the day and is really nice!
