You got it right! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the studio is clean and beautiful, your merchandise is nicely displayed, the yoga space is heated but not oppressive (like Bikram), one hour is perfect, music is good, the practice is nicely organized.

Nice open, clean studios. The C2 classes are normally not too hot. The SET program makes yoga very affordable for college students like myself!

Reggie was such an inspiring, upbeat instructor.

In-studio registration for new users was quick and easy. Instructors are clearly very well trained and great about providing modifications to poses when needed. Also, this may seem minor to some but actually being encouraged and called by name by instructors -- whom I'd just met and my name is not an easy one -- in class made the experience more personal and made me feel welcome.

I love that you are consistent. I always have a great workout when I come to class. The room is heated perfectly.

I like the different levels of class that you offer. I also love the instructors. I've never had an unhelpful instructor. The temperature in the room is just right, too. Not so hot that I feel like I'm dying, but warm enough to work up a sweat.

Classes are offered throughout the day with differnt styles.
