Class: Kinsy was a great instructor— perfect quick pace (I've felt some others here have gone a bit slow for C2), offered many challenging options, very efficient, and definitely was incredibly skilled herself. I was very impressed.

Facility: I also love that the CorePower studios in WA state use paper mini-cups for mouthwash. The ones in LA/OC use *plastic* mini-cups, which is so disappointing to see for a practice that is supposedly routed in sustainability.

The staff are very welcoming, the instructors are clearly well trained, and the studio is clean and comfortable.

I love the studio feel and experience. Each studio is welcoming and truly has a community feel. The teachers at cpy are fantastic. The meditative feel of the workouts plus a really good sweat, great music. And a variety of classes makes cpy my go to workout. I've been a member for 7 years.

I hadn’t been to any group classes since covid and was very anxious about returning. I felt the studio was clean,well spread out and the room was a perfect temperature. Kelly is a very encouraging instructor and was really great at cueing the class. I am so excited to get going again.. haven't felt this great for a long time!

Corepower is my community.
You become a part of a family when ever you walk in one of the studios. I have long time relationships, which are now like my family.
