The teachers there are the best!
It is nice to do yoga in the room with mirrors on two sides, so you can better see your angles in all the different poses. Also, it is nice when the lights are off during the practice - especially when on our backs. There is enough light coming through the windows - and the lights are kind of a weird yellow color.

I thought the instructor of this class was outstanding. She said a perfect tone, kept a perfect pace, and was just very clear and had a very warm vibe.
will definitely be returning for Sam's CSX class, the hardest class I have taken but the best work out. She is great at utilizing the short amount of time given. I wish the class were longer!

Love love love the easy parking!! As someone who runs perpetually late, having safe and free parking is a game changer for my mental peace!! Friendly staff, lovely energy, and great sized room with sweet skylights for natural light.
