It's really healing exercise mentally!
And I don't usually get sweat during working out but this time, I got so sweat and felt refreshed! I want to keep trying!

Love CorePower and I love Somally's 8:30pm C2 and will continue to join classes when I can. That said, during last nights class, the person behind me had a bad cough. They were not wearing a mask and was not covering their mouth. They were consistently blowing their nose on their yoga mat towel an overall it was very uncomfortable. I ended up leaving early because of it.

I go to CorePower to get a great workout in and recharge. It’s so great for you physically, but I love it for my mental health as well. The classes are always amazing and the staff is very welcoming and upbeat!

Sabella is incredible; she is the most impactful instructor that I have had at CorePower! Her sequencing and poses were unique, challenging, and amazing!

Erik was absolutely delightful before, during and after the class. His adjustments during the class were very helpful and his class was inspiring with the right amount of challenges for me. I am really glad I tried out his class, it’s been a while since I have been to a yoga class, and I will for sure be back here.

Instructors are top notch, the atmosphere is safe and welcoming, the building is clean, the people are nice and respectful of others. The yoga is authentic with different types of classes available, depending on your needs. Very positive experience overall.

I like to go the classes that Eric teaches. Sometimes, it is good to mix it up with something new and continue with the basics. He does very well at both of these items.

I almost always love the opening when the teacher asks for a dedication to something or someone.
I like that if you are a beginner or an advance student, each class you can personalize to your ability.
I like it when the music is not too loud so you can hear instruction and I like that the music changes with each instructor.
I like it when the teacher has us connect with our fellow students and give each other positive vibrations during class.
I like that the teacher always reminds us to take care of our own personal practice.

It’s all good - easy to schedule, nice studio, friendly staff and instructors - feels a little too hot for me on occasion.

The instructors are super nice and offer great classes that keep me coming back.

I took a long break from going to studio due to the pandemic and it was so great to be back! I started going to CPY in 2006 when I lived in Denver and I have never had a bad experience at any CPY studio I’ve been to!

I consistently have very friendly teachers who show great modifications and have a smile on their face even if it’s 6am

I've loved practicing at Core Power Bellevue. I live in Boston but come to Seattle often for work so it's been great having found a community to practice with
