Good workout. The instructor kept us moving but had good built in mini breaks. He presented good options to make the workout more challenging such as using weight. Also there was positive reinforcement
Great classes and studio! Enjoyed the new strength power yoga with weights and bands. Still feel the results.
The energy, poses and teacher of our Core Power 2 class were excellent! It was definitely HOT in class but it felt good to practice again after so many years away. Lots of free parking too!

Kate is a fantastic instructor. It was my first time ever attending a yoga class and she was not only great at explaining how to perform each workout, but she explained the impact each one should be having on our bodies and some alternatives if we were unable to perform a certain action.
Set up is comfortable. Class was at a comfortable pace.

I like that we have 6am classes and would like to have core restore on Sunday afternoon if possible.

Love CorePower and I love Somally's 8:30pm C2 and will continue to join classes when I can. That said, during last nights class, the person behind me had a bad cough. They were not wearing a mask and was not covering their mouth. They were consistently blowing their nose on their yoga mat towel an overall it was very uncomfortable. I ended up leaving early because of it.

I go to CorePower to get a great workout in and recharge. It’s so great for you physically, but I love it for my mental health as well. The classes are always amazing and the staff is very welcoming and upbeat!
Sabella is incredible; she is the most impactful instructor that I have had at CorePower! Her sequencing and poses were unique, challenging, and amazing!
Erik was absolutely delightful before, during and after the class. His adjustments during the class were very helpful and his class was inspiring with the right amount of challenges for me. I am really glad I tried out his class, it’s been a while since I have been to a yoga class, and I will for sure be back here.
Instructors are top notch, the atmosphere is safe and welcoming, the building is clean, the people are nice and respectful of others. The yoga is authentic with different types of classes available, depending on your needs. Very positive experience overall.
Great! I love Corepower here, less crowded than other studios. Given that it is less crowded, I think the heat could be turned up 2-3 degrees higher. I feel like I don't sweat as much in sculpt and C2 as I do in other studios with more people per class. Definitely will keep coming to this location!
