Excellent teachers!
The teachers there are the best!
It is nice to do yoga in the room with mirrors on two sides, so you can better see your angles in all the different poses. Also, it is nice when the lights are off during the practice - especially when on our backs. There is enough light coming through the windows - and the lights are kind of a weird yellow color.

I was visiting for a few days from Virginia and took advantage of your studio as it was within walking distance of the Hyatt where I was staying. What a wonderful experience. All of the teachers were so welcoming. Your studio was very clean, classes were always on time, and the studio was the perfect temperature.

I absolutely love my instructors (shout out Emelie, Melissa T, Raj), the class time options (many more than most studios I’ve seen), parking options, candlelight classes, and cleanliness.
Tim Kung is amazing. His class was skillfully orchestrated.

On the con side is the parking can be challenging and I wish there were 7:30 AM classes Monday through Friday

Eric’s classes are always amazing. My only complaint is that the classes get very crowded. It seems like if people have to sign up in advance, there should be a cap on participants.
Rodgers sculpt class was amazing.
I am a long time corepower member and have frequented classes in Colorado, Utah, California and Washington and my sculpt class with Jackie F was my favorite yet. Her energy, timing, playlist, meaningful critiques/compliments, sequences and voice all made for the most idyllic yoga experience and I can’t wait to take more from her. She is an asset to corepower for sure!
I've been a member for many years. I love the format of the classes. ESP the C2 and the Sculpt. I wish, wish, wish though that there was a studio in West Seattle! I along with many yoga enthusiasts live there and it would be amazing if CPY expanded to West Seattle! I actually missed a class at Capitol Hill due to traffic and it takes me 30 to 45 minutes to drive to the closest studio now, 😭. With the bridge now open it's easy for teachers to come to west Seattle to cover for classes so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
The instructor was motivating and gave options on intensity.
I thought the instructor of this class was outstanding. She said a perfect tone, kept a perfect pace, and was just very clear and had a very warm vibe.
I love the company. Always flexible and good to me when it comes to freezing my membership. During the pandemic, CP was amazing. I love how clean the place is, tons of classes and the teachers have always been nothing but nice, always smiling and take their job seriously🩵
The only thing I would change since I’m 59 and don’t like to flow every C2 or C1 I take is, a more hatha style that’s slower and gentle🩷

Love Sam and her classes but this is not my favorite location. Feels a little sketchier than most and the garage doesn't open on time. For the studio being closed for some time, I expected it to be maybe a little updated or in better shape than it was but overall felt a bit drab.
I will only go in the future if there are no other options.
