I love the sense of community at the CorePower La Mesa studio. the staff is so gracious and welcoming. The studio is very good at adding fun and different things in the mix of our workouts whether it be live music or special arm balancing classes etc. Also the studio is very clean and orderly. I feel it's my home away from home

The friendly and lovely staff. Everyone cares and it's not just a "front" or because the "have" too... You can feel their love and compassion. Thank you for providing me a community that I can feel comfortable and welcome in!
