Class flexibility, early classes!

Instructors! The instructors at the La Mesa studio are fabulous. They really know how to push you but still make the class enjoyable. There are enough classes to choose from and adequately spread out through the day. Plus, the location is perfect. I do wish there were more inversion classes though.

The staff is wonderful and the facilities are clean! Moreover, CorePower offers a variety of classes that are suitable for the Yogi at any stage in their practice. The class flows, allow a person to fully learn it before moving to a new series. Staff is always willing to help and is receptive to feedback.

Energetic teachers. Clean studios. Lots of class times. Sculpt and yoga. Wish you had BARRE, too!

All of the instructors are knowledgeable and professional and each one teaches with a different style which I enjoy because it mixes things up. I only wish that we could actually end the classes on time. We often go over by 5 or 10 minutes and it messes up my other plans. But other than that I can't see myself going to any other CorePower gym.

I love corepower because it takes my mind away from al the stress I have during the day and keeps me pushing myself with amazing teachers

The instructor was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed the candlelight dark room.

I love that there are so many different kinds of classes and that the schedule never changes. Knowing the schedule helps me fit my practice into my day.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at the La Mesa studio, by far my favorite studio! The instructors are phenomenal. Rhiannon, Stefania, Kathi, Joann, Damon, Mayra, THEY ARE THE BEST!!! You can tell they have an undeniable love for what they do.

I love the classes and instructors! I also have purchased the jewelry and clothing. I would like to see if you could get an account with Coca-Cola refreshments so that you could carry Zico coconut water, smart water and Dasani water and even aloe gloe. I can set this up for you with free delivery of all products, tax-free always as well as free equipment if ever needed.
