I like the flexibility with scheduling, the location, the staff is super nice. I love that the staff make a point to remember your name and use it during clasd. When you are new - you feel uncoordinated - it is reassuring to know the instructor recognizes you and supports your practice. Shout out to Eron - he offers cool lavender cloths at the end of class and he recognizes his students.

Everyone is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and caring. I love all the instructors and their diferent practices! I am always learning and giving my body and mind the best maintenance it can get. Having two studios in this location gives members the opportunity of more frequent classes. Crew works hard to keep the facility clean.

Schedule variety and plenty of locations

The ability the teachers have in guiding your through your practice is unique and powerful in allowing you to open and push yourself to new strengths in a gentle way. The products are good quality and they have beautiful amenities for after your workout.

I love Andre's c2 class, he really challenges you to meet your fullest potential. He's such a joy to be around. Amore is inspirational!!! I love how she incorporates the history and fundamentals of yoga into her practice. I make it a point to take their classes whenever possible.

I love the variety of classes and the talented instructors who work at the north park location. Unfortunately my favorite class "sculpt" has been canceled almost everyday. I would love to see that class come back to the regular time everyday.

The instructor was really great. She was fun and tough. Great energy.

Availability of classes.

I love all of the instructors and how many class options there are at this studio. I recently took Amelie's sculpt class and was completely blown away! She's great! I do have two suggestions for the studio:

1. If there are a lot of people in a sculpt class, I've noticed all of the eight-pound weights go quickly. Maybe consider ordering more of these size weights since they seem to be the most popular?

2. CCC! I would love to see more Core Cardio Circuit classes on the schedule. Possibly Saturday or Sunday morning/evening?
