Wow where do I start? Clean studio with new water dispenser! Open staff with plenty of time before and after work outs. Quiet before and after class starts which I find very respectful. Dani is such a powerful and open teacher who always shows she has grown through her practice every time I take her Yoga Sculpt class.

I am visiting from Northern Ca, and my yoga instructor there suggested CorePower. I was greeted fabulously and granted a free week. Each session I attended for 3 days straight was beyondoing my expectations. I immediately searched for locations in Sacramento, because you have a new customer! Thank you

Great Class overall

I really love that I know what I will expect when I go to ANY Corepower. I've been going to CPY for over 4 years now, I did TT as well, and my biggest feedback would be on the individual instructors. Some instructors will create a C2 flow that is very similar to C1, which is frustrating at times because if that's what I wanted, I would go to a C1 class. I've also noticed that pretty much across the board they don't give many hands on adjustments. I feel these are imperative, for me it really makes the difference between a good class and a great class.

I LOVE the teachers! They're all incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and obviously care deeply about what they do. The facilities are always clean and welcoming. My practice has brought me both physical and mental strength, for which I am very grateful!

quality instructors......consistent course schedules.......practice studios are well maintained....nice offering of clothing/products in lobby....locker rooms are clean.

Opportunities for improvement: Lockers in mens room have quite a few broken and don't allow for locking up belongings. On several occasions there seems to be yelling from the front desk to the manager's office with questions, etc and it's awkward for those guests in the lobby. There seems to be a music issue with Studio 1 lately with intermittent cutting out....rather distracting during the practice.
