Having tennis elbow, I am back to C1 level classes. Honestly, I was dreading the SAME sequence over and over again every class. WOW! Completely happy as some C1 teachers include all the asanas but in a lsightly different sequence. THANK YOU! Wondereful way to keep C1's fresh and vibrant.

The Studio is beautiful, clean and un a very good convenient location. Lots of free parking and other useful stores around. Inside two big practice rooms, huge lobby and excellent staff. I believe Jenny is still the studio manager and she’s amazing!

My class in Del Mar was with Tamara and I think she’s incredibly talented, especially the calmness I felt during class. I left fully recharged with positive energy! I wish I could give Tamara a huge thank you to make her feel just as good in return, but I don’t have sex with my instructors.

People are friendly and I have loved the classes I have taken. Instructors are upbeat and funny and good teachers.

It is a very personal experience for me. People at the front desk are welcoming, teachers are excellent. The classes are never redundant.
