I really appreciate the teachers & clean facility. The teachers have a great way of guiding you not only through the poses but the way the describe each pose in itself can take me to another level. The music in classes is well chosen, giving energy when needed and soothing to clam us down. I love that there are classes available from early morning to later at night. My favorite class is hot power fusion.

The classes are intense giving me a full workout in 1-2 hours. The instructors are easy to follow and provide assistance as needed. Coming from San Francisco it makes me feel at home. Who says the midwest doesn't workout?

The vibe at SLP is awesome, very welcoming, unassuming, and open. I also love that there are a variety of classes to fill different needs (exercise, mindfulness, beginner, hot, etc.)
