It is a very friendly studio. The instructors always greet you with a smile and some even attempt to learn your names before class, which is not required of their jobs, but a nice thing they do. They all seem very knowledgeable and not only will you get a great workout, but also learn to relax.

Great service/trainners very clean men's room- first time doing yoga- fair pricing although I would not apply for a straight membership monthly I would recommend that for those who don't like lifting as much as I do to keep in shape. I'll take a fiew classes here and there. Although my gym offers free yoga classes or paid yoga classes at lifetime fitness the trainners there are awesome and the lockers are way cleaner then lft and better shampoo and soap I love it!!!

CorePower is the perfect cross-training for me. It not only provides me with the flexibility I need but also strength. Sometimes in yoga the classes can seem like they're never ending but I've never had a problem with any of the classes at CorePower. I always feel refreshed, calmer, and more clear headed after even though I'm completely drenched. An amazing workout for all levels of fitness.

Reena is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and has a unique flow that is interesting, challenging and fun. I have noticed both studios in St Louis Park don't smell too good. I understand we are all sweating profusely, but it seems the place could be scrubbed down more often. The Edina studios do not seem to have the same problem.
