All the teachers I've had are very nice and provide a good variety of yoga week to week.

I really do wish all CP locations had sanitary wipes for the mats. With how much sweating goes on, it would be really ideal to be able to wipe down our mats before we roll them up.

Good way to relax and get a good sweat in! I like yoga because I need to destress. The heat is great - love sweating :) only thing I would improve is sometimes I feel like my neighbor is so close to me I'm sweating all over them and vice versa. Overall CP is my favorite yoga studio

All teachers are so friendly and welcoming. Almost every instructor that I take regular lady has learned my name. It makes me feel like I am valued as a member of core power and always come and leave feeling awesome. I have yet to purchase anything other than a membership at core power so I don't know much about your products.

Great studio and instructors. Only complaint is that I wish you had a water dispenser like the other studios, it's difficult to feel your bottle in the drinking fountains.

I like that the classes are never too humid and rarely uncomfortably over crowded. Uptown has a friendly staff who all have very distinct styles and offerings. I know I can drop into Chelsea or Beth's classes if I really want to work out. If I need to chill out and feel good I make time for Barrie or Scott B. I always leave Tim R's class feeling like I got to a new place in my practice.

Also, Uptown has better sound control than all of the suburb locations. You don't have that annoying moment in savasana when the next class is coming in and being loud (woodbury and st. louis park are a total nightmare for this).

I absolutely love the core power community. Yoga is such a great practice, but I've been involved with Corepower for several years and appreciate the support the community has always shown me. It brings peace to my mind, to my day, and to others around me. It really calms me. I appreciate it so much!

People at all different levels in their fitness journeys come together in one setting, and Corepower manages to make every single person feel equally as comfortable and as challenged as the next. It's truly amazing!

The quality of the 2 sessions I've been to surpasses any other gym I've done yoga at. The music, the lighting, the instructors, and the overall experience all contributed to each session greatly - I will definitely be back.

I love the positive vibes and encouragement from the instructors. The flow of the workouts stretch and strengthen your body while the music and energy seem to make the hour fly by. It's impossible not to fall in love with this place, the people and the way you feel! I can't say enough!
