Hot and straight forward
The instructor was amazing!!! They were incredibly motivating and kind, and that was very much appreciated. Only thing I wish could be improved upon was the locker room size...it felt tight with so many people in there at one time, and while changing that was a little uncomfortable. Overall, a win and would highly recommend this class and instructor anytime to anyone!

Love the classes that work out multiple muscle groups in one class. Also, the candlelight classes are my absolute FAVORITE! It is so peaceful and calming! Besides there's never anywhere to park in uptown, making it impossible to come to this location until I move around the area, everything is wonderful!

The studio was cute and cozy, and definitely had that “uptown feel”. Tim (I think?) was an amazing c2 instructor! I love corepower for the intensity and variety of classes, and I love that c2 is often more of a workout than stretching. But Tim took the class slowly and patiently, which was just such a good reminder to slow down in my own life (especially around the holidays!) we held positions for multiple breaths, and focused on getting settled into the positions correctly. I consider myself an experienced yogi, but slowing down and focusing on specific body parts in each position was SO refreshing, and such a good reminder that yoga is a process. And we get comfortable in it, but taking a step back and reassessing can be so beneficial! He took the time to properly align everyone in the class, and it was so helpful. Would definitely recommend and take again! -Name removed

Love Aldrins class. Its challenging and he shows up for his job. Corepower yoga has enough easy C2 classes. They need more teachers that will keep the room heated if it is advertised as heated. I pay alot of money each month and if it says its heated it needs to be heated.

Angela was an amazing instructor. I have never been to a class like hers. I loved all the talking and focusing on the middle eye and how to help your middle eye if you have cloudy judgment or are a negative person.
