every class is different. I love my 9:30am yoga sculpt classes with Heather S. I had not attended one of her classes for about a month and the format was much different this time, which I loved!
Corepower is great because of the wonderful people that work there! I hope as a company they are well compensated for teaching yoga classes. I worry that they are not and the company is taking advantage of them. The company will not succeed it this is true!

I have been coming to Corepower for more than 3 1/2 years. I was a SET member for two years and now have a Blacktag membership.Eden Prairie is my home studio but I also use Minnetonka, St. Louis Park and even Minneapolis studios. Corepower is so much a part of my fitness, my mental health and it is my community. The instructors take me through challenging workouts and know me. I have tried lifetime, LA fitness, but Corepower is my place. I also buy way to many workout clothes. I like most things about Corepower. I would like to see a morning weekend Cardio Circuit in one of the above studios, and Cycling in one of the studios on this side of Minneapolis metro would be on my wish list.
