Very professional instruction and clean, clean premises! Eden Prairie Corepower feels very relaxed and intimate. It's by far my favorite location. I've tried Edina, Minnetonka and St. Louis Park.
If I have any concern it's that some instructors (not all), let the music during Sculpt get too loud. It's very frustrating not to be able to hear the next move. Having to look up disrupts positions and the overall flow. Also, I believe it's very hard on the instructor's vocal cords and all of our eardrums. With yoga. do no harm, right?

I like being able to work my mind and body all at once. M
Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Some of the classes are more peaceful and relaxing, but still give your body a gentle workout and great stretching. Other classes, like sculpt, are great if you want a challenging workout. There's lots of encouragement, but never pressure.
Many classes available at clubs close by
I suggest thinking about more hip flexibity There is too much focus on hamstrings which after 2 years at CP mine are much more flexible than anything else. The same with strength in sculpt Way too hamstring focused

Great schedules, teachers and location. I enjoy that the parking is easy and that the classes are not so crowded. I especially like when the music is not blasting while someone is screaming to be heard. I like the cleanliness and friendliness. I love the instructors and the small studio feel.
Location, but wish there were 2 studios for more options of class schedule. Really need to ha e 5 pm class offerings

It's very convenient. Teachers are very good at modifying for injuries.
After many years with different full service clubs and personal trainers Corepower Yoga is the best because of the variety of classes, excellent instructors and the people you meet. They stress in their adverting that it is a community and follow up with that commitment by warmly greeting you at the door and thanking you for participating after each class. I'm in the 60+ category and would strongly recommend Corepower Yoga club to everyone.
The class offerings and times are good. I can always squeeze something in!
I like the fact that they sell merchandise. It is not always to my taste, but I think overall they do a really nice job of merchandising. I wish they carried a few more lulu headbands.
The teachers are wonderful...all of them! They are all different and unique, but that is what is SO great! I never get the same workout. All are welcoming and friendly. They teach to all levels. I have never seen anyone made to feel poorly because they could not do a pose correctly. I would like to see more hands on adjustments. It is difficult in the sculpt classes though because it moves so quickly. Thank you all for your hard work and caring!! Great!
