Excellent instructors!
Nikki’s class was excellent! She has such a great energy and class was challenging but felt like it flew by! Courtney was also very welcoming and I thought the studio had a very warm and welcoming feel. The only thing that I noticed that wasn’t top notch was the size. It felt small for the amount of people that were in the lobby and locker room.
The instructors are very nice and for the most part don’t take themselves too seriously.
I am so glad you have a 5:30 AM class as it gives me time to get to work. John is really good

The classes were challenging. Especially the Yoga Sculpt!
Great selection of (sale!) products. Usually stick to my home studio but really enjoyed the atmosphere and staff at the EP location. Will def try to make the Thursday 8:30 c1 class after my last visit there! It was so nice having a hot cup of tea after practice to step into the cold night with.
Nice staff. Men's locker room is much nicer than Edina.

I went to a C1 class on Friday morning when there were only 4 students and it was AWESOME. So much more personal attention and hands on adjustments - my legs are still hurting 3 days later from her forcing me to stay in Gorilla for much longer than I normally am able!

Better water fountain set up. Really tough to fill up/ sip on one of them.
Also very sad my face wash went missing but that isn't a reflection of the professionalism of the studio staff.

I love the instructors, the locker room seems to be clean and I like that it's a smaller studio.
My only recommendation is that the instructor do adjustments. They usually ask if people are ok with it, but then I never see them making any adjustments. I don't understand that part. I would think someone would almost always be out of alignment.
The class was great. The instructor was awesome and she did a really nice adjustment on me in rabbit pose!

The Eden Prairie studio offers consistent and very high quality instruction. The instructors and managers in Eden Prairie are wonderfully friendly and supportive. I love attending classes in EP.
It is crucial to be able to rinse off after class. I dont mind only 1 studio at EP, but 1 shower would make it non-time effective to get a class in. Nice to take a suburbs drive from time to time. EP reminds me if SLP, ...preposterously small entry and locker rooms for no. of students. The instructors who draw that crowd should receive comission.
