We live in San Diego and frequent your Del Mar location. When in MN (frequently during summer months) we use both EP and Mtka. Sydney is fantastic. Sorry to hear she's headed to Spain.
The friendly atmosphere! Everyone is so welcoming. The yoga instructors are very competent and help guide you through the practice/class. Many levels of classes to choose from and it’s okay to challenge yourself in this kind of environment without judgement - modifications to meet your personal needs are welcomed.
Everyone was so friendly! I was visiting from out of town and felt right at home! Had the chance to attend 2 different classes and both were great!

Wendy’s C2 class was absolutely incredible. Her flow was very creative and challenging and she encouraged us to push beyond what she cued.
