I found the people working there to be extremely welcoming and friendly. It was my first time and they explained everything extremely well. The studio itself is very cute and extremely clean. The class was great. I had not been to a yoga class in close to 6 months so I was a bit apprehensive but the class was extremely clear and the instructor was helpful when giving directions to adjust positions. I had a great experience.

I love the friendly welcoming atmosphere. Some studios are pretentious and can be intimidating to the novice or the occasional Yogi. I'm an occasional yogi. I use it to supplement my marathon training, but sometimes I'll go weeks or months without doing yoga, and I know once I start again, I'll suck. But I always know that when I go back to CPY for a C1 session, I don't need to feel intimidated about my form (or lack thereof).

Everything is incredible. Everyone is so friendly and the workouts make me feel so strong.

Friendly, clean and a calm environment

Love the C2 class, first time I've been able to consistently stick with working out and taking care of myself. Never get bored in class and I leave knowing I got a good work out

This is far beyond my favorite core power studio in the area. I try to take classes in different location. They have the most convenient class schedule with late evening classes. Teachers are very motivated. The studio always clean etc. Kudos to the managers

One improvement can be done with the showers ( for maintenance engineer) Somehow cold water does not work. You always get hot water occasionally dangerously hot, even you put the handle in cold level

The heat - especially in the winter but also always I love the way the heat loosens up muscles and it feels so cleansing to really sweat during class. The variety of classes offered - hot power fusion, c2, and sculpt.
When teachers offer hands-on assists and adjustments to deepen or correct postures.

I love all the classes and how kind, fun, and upbeat all the teachers are! I look forward to going to classes everyday!

I personally like the intensity of the classes, as I'm more interested in fitness and flexibility than mindfulness and relaxation. It would be nice to have a few extra minutes in the level 2 regular classes for a balance and an inversion series, so I'd suggest adding a few 1:15 minute Corepower 2 classes on the schedule, but I can see on the other hand that might be hard to manage. Also, in a choice between an opening centering couple of minutes and a couple of extra minutes for savasana, I'd take the latter, which is what DownDog does, i.e. starts you immediately, but then devotes a full five minutes to savasana. I have found both Meredith B and Karen to be excellent.

Most of the instructors are great.

I really liked how the instructor, Katie C, went through each move in detail and walked around the classroom and engaged everyone with her voice and presence. She was terrific.

I love the combination of yoga with weight training, cardio and the high-energy music.

First, the smell. I have thought that other yoga studios smelled but yours is always fresh and clean smelling. That's important. Also, I feel like I gain more out of the classes than I have from other yoga studios.

The studio is very clean and has more amenities than I had initially expected. The community class was engaging and a great way to ease into yoga--and it's certainly addicting.

the atmosphere is the studio is amazing, the music iand the teachers are great. I especially love the yoga sculpt class, I've done it several times and already feel i am getting stronger and noticing more definition. I wish I had found core power sooner!!!

as someone just embarking on their yoga practice, my instructor was amazingly constructive and gentle in adjusting my stances. i really appreciated the hands on guidance as well as the ability to be in a class and feel like i'm getting the best workout for myself that i can, without feeling like i'm falling behind those who have been practicing much longer.
