great classes. love that I can do a variety of types of yoga and also sculpt for a more boot camp style class. I have never had a teacher I didn't like. love that I can go to any of the studios near me without paying extra and there are more times of classes available than most other yoga studios. And the locker rooms and showeres - something else most yoga stuidos in my area lack.

Great teachers

Everyone is so kind and clearly loves what they do. It is a super welcoming studio and I genuinely feel the community spirit and desire to make everyone there comfortable at any level and advance their practice at their potential. Lots of variety and great instructors and music. Clean, and great schedule all through the day. You can definitely find one time a day to get there1.

Instructors and staffs are very nice and friendly and the studio is very clean and neat.

Everyone was very friendly and willing to help a newcomer like myself. The class was peaceful and non-threatening, two of my favorites things about yoga. The studio and locker room were both very clean which makes me feel comfortable, even in a new environment. I will be coming back!

Friendliness and community at the Glover Park location!

I like how friendly everyone at the studio is and how consistently well-taught all the classes are. I've also been impressed with the quality and variety of retail merchandise and I like that there is always new stuff on sale.

Kalli is super energetic! Sculpt is challenging and just "hot" enough.

I have been to a number of Corepower locations and the Glover location is far and away my favorite. Instructors go out of their way to get to know you and set a very relaxing vibe in class- while giving you an incomparable workout. Recently instructors have been better about drawing your attention to breath, which is extremely important to getting into the yogi rhythm, in my opinion. Music is always on point, and flows tend to be very diverse, particularly depending on the instructor.

Sarah and the rest of the staff are so welcoming. The instructors are also incredible, never allowing anyone to feel uncomfortable.

Variety

The C2 and C1 instructors I've had have been fantastic. Only downside is the yoga mats are a little smelly.

I have loved all of the instructors. Kalli was high energy for sculpt and I loved the class as a whole. It felt like a great workout and was a great mix of movements. Also, Terah was incredibly welcoming my first visit and as someone who had only done yoga once before, I was slightly nervous about not knowing what I was doing, but she made me feel very comfortable. Overall, I have enjoyed everything about my experience at Corepower!

Each class is different. Each instructor brings her own spirit to it (I've never had a male instructor at Core Power).

Flexibility in schedules

Went for the first time and it was great. It had been a very very long time since I attended a Yoga class.

Love the locker room: clean and great accoutrements. Towels and mats are always cleaned well. The price is up there, but always worth it: never had a bad class. Thank you!

My experience with Core Power began at Glover Park! Sculpt got me hooked from the beginning, and now I am on in sculpt teacher training. I love the warm, small studio vibe. Each class is different dependent on the teacher, and I enjoy the various strengths of each teacher. Sarah Fraiser and Julia- really enjoy your classes :)
